Exam anxiety is a common occurrence among students. Stress affects students in schools and universities throughout their academic careers. Simply place a checkmark in front of the same item on your list every time you finish a task, an assignment, or a high exam grade. It will provide you with complete satisfaction. 4. Keep in touch with family and friends

Students must keep in mind that they are not expected to do the task alone. Keep in mind that every student your age has been through something similar. It all boils down to how you handle the situation. Students must talk to their families and friends about their concerns and anxieties. Do not be alarmed if a buddy continuously tells you how far ahead of you they are in their test preparation. Take a deep breath and go to work on your homework. 5. Maintain a healthy diet, get enough sleep, and exercise on a regular basis.

A nutritious diet is the first step in dealing with any form of stress. Students must also remember to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. A little exercise would also assist you to maintain your nerves.

6. Believe in yourself.

You must have faith in your ability to succeed. You must think that your strategy will succeed. You must have confidence in yourself. Take action toward your goals with this faith. Every modest and large accomplishment should be celebrated. Also, if you don’t perform well, remember to be gentle with yourself. You’ll remember to do it the next time. The next time, you’ll do a far better job. Keep your cool! Maintain your concentration!
