Plan your Udaipur on a budget trip

Do you get fascinated by North India? Well if yes then I have a plan for one of the best destinations in North India with the best budget plan. So if you are an admirer of nature, art and history then you must visit Udaipur in Rajasthan. Most people select this city as a destination for their dream wedding. Let’s take a look at how to travel to Udaipur on a budget.

Udaipur is also known as ‘City of lakes’ as the city is surrounded by seven lakes, and also there are many palaces and historical places. Four or five days are enough to explore the whole city. There are many tours and travels services to plan your trip but in my opinion, going individual with your plan and own vehicle is more convenient and reasonable. This way you can explore more and plan the trip to Udaipur on a budget.

At night, the sights of lakes become beautiful like a newly married bride by their colourful lights, soothing fountains. Many agencies provide guides and vehicles to explore the sights of Udaipur and nearby places and it costs from 450 and more.

Now I will talk about hotels and food. As Udaipur is a place for tourism, it does not costs more for staying in hotels or lodges. Staying in hotels costs from 700 excluding food. Reviews will help you to choose the best hotels at the best price. Many hotels serve authentic Rajasthani food if you want and also will provide international cuisine like Indonesian, Turkish, Thai, Spanish, Moroccan, Japanese, Italian, French, Chinese and Continental food. Rajasthan is also known for its famous and authentic food and that’s why many Indians and also foreigners visit Udaipur just to taste its special authentic food called Rajasthani thali which includes traditional Rajasthani cuisine like Dal Bati Churma, Mohan Thaal, Laal Maas, Mawa Kachori, Mirchi Bada, Mohan Maas, Kalakand, Pyaaz ki kachori, Ghatte ki sabji, Kadhi chawal, Jaljeera, Masala Chhach, Bajra ki raab, Ghevar, Moong ki daal ka halwa, Malpua, Chutneys like Kachri, Imli, Lehsun and Tamatar, Bajra ki roti, Churma ke ladoo, Balushahi, Boondi raita and many more because the list of Rajasthani food gets increasing when it comes to taste each and every cuisine.

The best way to go there is by train or own vehicle because in my opinion, going individual by own vehicle will help you to explore more things and to spend more time at your favourite place.

A trip to Udaipur will cost a minimum of 5000 or 6000 but when it comes to shopping then I think you will need a little more money because shopping at Udaipur makes everyone excited and crazy by its shopping style, shops, and ambience.

I hope my article will help you to plan your dream trip to Udaipur on a budget. So what are you waiting for? Udaipur is waiting for you and saying ‘Padharo Mhaare Des!’
